We would like to introduce to you “Magnolia”, Innovative Senior Living. Magnolia is a Level 3 Adult Foster Care Home located in the beautiful neighborhood of Garden Home in Southwest Portland, Oregon. We provide care for up to 5 residents in a home like setting.  The overall goal of our adult foster care home is to maintain the residents’ highest level of independence while allowing them to live in an environment that feels like home.

Magnolia is dedicated to providing compassionate care for their residents. We promote an environment where our residents can flourish and truly live to the best of their ability. We understand what an important decision it is for anyone to make the change from living independently to moving into a care setting. We encourage prospective residents and their families to ask many questions about the type of medical care and personal care they will receive.

Situated in a park-like setting, the immaculately maintained Magnolia embodies the comforts of home for residents while delivering exceptional customized medical and personal care.  With the personal touches of hardwood floors and a one-level ranch-style layout, every corner of the home is accessible, and the spacious living quarters of each resident is individualized to suit their personal tastes.  An inviting fireplace with a traditional style sitting room provides a relaxed social setting for residents, and an attentive staff onsite caters to every need.  With the help of a physical therapist the bedrooms and bathrooms were designed to accommodate the needs of residents with very limited mobility.
